Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all tickets, passes, and admissions for events organized by Extremos Dance BV. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, the visitor agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Tickets and Admission

All tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred or resold to another person, provided Extremos Dance BV is informed of the change in advance.
Tickets may be exchanged for another event organized by Extremos Dance BV, subject to availability and at the discretion of Extremos Dance BV.
Extremos Dance BV is not responsible for tickets obtained through third parties if the transfer has not been properly communicated.

3. Wristbands

Upon registration at the event, visitors will receive a wristband.
The wristband must be worn visibly and continuously during the entire event or for the full duration of the ticket's validity.

Removing, damaging, or losing the wristband may result in loss of access to the event.

A replacement wristband will only be issued if the original broken wristband is handed in to the organization.
Lost wristbands will not be replaced under any circumstances.

4. Lockers and Personal Belongings

For safety reasons, lockers are mandatory.

During daytime workshops, visitors are allowed to bring bags and personal belongings into the venue, unless otherwise stated by the organization or venue.

During evening and night parties, it is not allowed to enter the venue with bags, backpacks, or jackets.
Only shoe bags and small purses are permitted during evening and night parties.

All other personal items must be stored in the provided lockers.
Failure to comply may result in denied access to the venue without refund.

5. Food and Drinks

Bringing your own food or drinks is not allowed during the evening and night parties.
During workshops at De Koning, bringing your own food and drinks is permitted unless otherwise stated by the venue or organization.
Extremos Dance BV reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items without compensation.

6. Media and Image Rights

By attending the event, visitors grant Extremos Dance BV the irrevocable right to record, use, reproduce, and publish any photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings made during the event.
These materials may be used for promotional, commercial, and informational purposes, including websites, social media, advertisements, and future event promotion, without compensation or prior approval.

7. Photography and Recording Equipment

Extremos Dance BV works with official media teams during its events.

The use of professional photography or video equipment by visitors or third parties is not allowed without prior written approval from Extremos Dance BV.
This includes, but is not limited to, professional cameras, video cameras, gimbals, stabilizers, tripods, external flashes, and audio recording equipment.

Extremos Dance BV reserves the right to deny access to the venue or require the removal of such equipment if no prior agreement has been granted.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Personal use of mobile phones and small non-professional cameras is permitted, provided this does not interfere with the event or other visitors.

8. Program Changes

Extremos Dance BV reserves the right to make changes to the event program, including artists, DJs, schedule, venues, and activities.
Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or compensation.

9. Conduct and House Rules

Visitors must follow all instructions from event staff and security.
Extremos Dance BV reserves the right to deny access or remove visitors from the event in case of inappropriate behavior, violation of house rules or safety regulations, without refund.

10. Liability

Attendance is at the visitor’s own risk.
Extremos Dance BV is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, nor for personal injury, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct as required by law.

11. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to government measures, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances, Extremos Dance BV reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event.
Tickets remain valid for a future event or may be exchanged. Tickets are not refundable.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
